Introduction

  • Welcome to the MerciboiJS user guide. This is just a demo website to show you the features embedded in our MerciboiJS plugins. This guide will help you navigate through the functionalities of the app.
  • All the systems have the basic plugins and the add-ons installed, activated and in use.
  • Make sure to read through each section carefully to get the most out of your experience.
  • Each of the system has ten students whose results you can check, to explore how the plugins work.
  • To see the basic features in students’ termly results management, see this demo website 1.
  • To see the added features where elective subjects combination is used in students’ termly results management, see this demo website 2.
  • To see the basic features in students’ cumulative results management, see this demo website 3.

Steps to View Results

  1. For termly results, navigate to the demo website 1 or demo website 2. It takes you to the homepage where you are required to fill in students’ credentials.
  2. Fill in the student’s details, any of these shown below.

  4. To view cumulative results, navigate to the demo website 3, use the same credentials as above.

Steps to View Class Score Summaries

  1. Navigate to any of the demo websites.
  2. Click on the “Class Summary” link in the navigation menu.
  3. Select class in the “Select Class” dropdown.
  4. Select Exam in the “Select Exam” dropdown.
  5. Click on “Show Report” to view the class score summary.
  6. Explore the various summary features available, such as average scores, highest and lowest scores, and subject-wise performance.
  7. Explore the sort table feature on some columns of the report.
